Support for every stage of the journey
Whether you're a young person navigating a world that feels overwhelming, or an adult ready to make a meaningful change — therapy offers a steady, supportive space to grow.
I work with early adolescents (ages 10–14), teens, and adults. Each stage of life brings its own challenges, and I tailor my approach to meet you — or your child — exactly where you are.
Early Adolescent Therapy
Early adolescence is a time of big changes — in the body, in friendships, in how the world feels. I provide a warm, age-appropriate space where young people can explore their emotions, build confidence, and develop the coping skills they'll carry for life.
Areas I can help with
- Anxiety and worry
- School stress and academic pressure
- Social challenges and friendships
- Family transitions
- Self-esteem and identity

Teenagers face unique pressures — from social media and academic demands to questions of identity and belonging. I offer a non-judgmental space where teens can speak freely, feel genuinely heard, and build the resilience to navigate whatever comes next.
Areas I can help with
- Anxiety and depression
- Identity and self-worth
- Peer relationships and social pressure
- Academic stress
- Life transitions and change
